The Licensing Specialist observed peeling paint on the baseboards in the 3-year-olds classroom. TA was provided to sand and paint the baseboards and to checked for peeling paint on a regular basis

The counselor advised the provider that the equipment must be in good repair and advised the provider to sand it down and repaint. TA was provided to ensure that the equipment is repainted and in good repair by the due date

At the time of inspection, the counselor observed the two gate entrance for deliveries facing Kathleen road the fence was not at ground level. The counselor observed a gap of a little under 5 inches. The counselor advised the provider that gaps can not be any larger than 3 and a half inches. TA was provided to ensure the provider adjust the fence/gate to ensure that a gap of no larger than 3 and a half inches is present

At the time of inspection, the counselor observed the three year old classroom a few mats that were not impermeable with tears that exposed the foam cushion. The counselor advised the staff that the mats need to be replaced. The provider immediately switched out the mats from extra mats in the facility that were in good repair and impermeable at time of inspection. TA was provided to ensure that the mats are impermeable at all times

At the time of inspection, the counselor observed 3 boxes of Yoplait yogurt that were expired as of 7/3/2024. The provider advised that they just received a truck yesterday on 7/8/2024 and food was delivered. The provider immediately, discarded of the food item at time of inspection. TA was provided to ensure that the provider follows the manufacturers recommendation for expiration dates
