The operator last completed the training 1/6/2024. The specialist explained that the training is annual and should be completed and documented on file for Licensing to review. TA was provided to ensure that the child care personnel complete the training course by the due date

At the time of inspection, the counselor observed the homes fire extinguisher not current and tagged for the current year. Provider advised that she thought the extinguisher was good for two years. Counselor advised provider that fire extinguishers need to be serviced annually. The fire extinguisher was last tagged on June 2022. TA was provided to ensure that the fire extinguisher is tagged annually each year as well as completed by the due date. Extra time is allotted to align the due dates given
