The specialist asked the provider what the solution was in the spray bottle and the operator replied Bleach. The specialist asked the provider to label the bottle. The operator labeled the spray bottle with the chemical name at time of inspection. TA was provided to ensure that the hazardous material or toxic substances are labeled at all times when stored in spray bottles

    At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist observed the child care personnel listed on the supplemental did not have documentation of an annually completed exposure plan training on file for Licensing to review. The provider immediately reviewed the homes exposure plan and documented she reviewed the training on todays date. The operator also sent a copy to the substitute and documented at time of inspection that the training was completed. TA was provided to ensure that the operator and substitute document training completed annually on file for Licensing to review
