At the time of reinspection, the counselor observed the living room area of the home with dust build up on the ceiling fan and both air conditioning vents near the ceiling fans. The counselor advised the operator that the vents itself need to be wiped down and cleaned to eliminate dust build up. Also, the dust has spread to the ceiling which will require a solution and scrubbing to eliminate the dust from the fans and vents. TA was provided to ensure that the dust is cleaned from the air conditioning vents, ceiling fans and ceiling area in the living room by the due date

At the time of the inspection, the home did not have a daily indoor/outdoor checklist. A sample daily indoor/outdoor checklist was reviewed and emailed to the provider on today's date for use going forward. The provider was reminded that indoor and outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log and any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Lastly, the counselor observed there is no shade on the playground
