The substitute stated that the Operator called last minute and requested her to assist for the day as Operator had medical appointment. The substitute did not have any file on the home. • This standard was brought back into compliance when substitute called approved substitute to relieve her and left the residence

On 7/3/24, Operator emailed Licensing Specialist stating, I will be closed on July 12th and July 15th, 2024. On 7/15/24 Licensing Specialist arrived at the home to discover children in care and the Operator had left an unapproved/unscreened substitute alone with children in care. The unapproved/unscreened substitute stated that the parents were advised about the closure but complained due to not having care. Operator opened today to assistance parents. Parent listed on the supplemental was contacted and stated she was not aware of the closure
