The provider advised that she did not write out a weekly menu and typically completes the menus over the weekend or Monday mornings. The children in care were observed eating fish sticks, wheat bread, macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, mixed fruit and milk. The provider wrote out a weekly menu at time of inspection. The provided advised that she offers the same meals monthly and printed a previous meal for the current week and noted substitutions made for today's meal of the food the children actually ate today. TA was provided to ensure that a weekly menu is available to review prior to the start of the current week

03-10 · Technical assistance was given to the provider as a reminder that: Prior to transportation by foot, the transportation log must be recorded with each childs name, the date and time of departure and initialed by child care personnel verifying that all children were accounted for and that the log is complete. Upon arrival at the destination by foot, the child care personnel must: 1. Record the date and time the child(ren) arrived at the destination on the transportation log immediately, 2.
