At the time of inspection, the counselor observed no weekly menu posted in the home for review. The provider advised that she did not write out a weekly menu and typically completes the menus over the weekend or Monday mornings. The children in care were observed eating fish sticks, wheat bread, macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables, mixed fruit and milk. The provider wrote out a weekly menu at time of inspection. The provided advised that she offers the same meals monthly and printed a previous meal for the current week and noted substitutions made for today's meal of the food the children actually ate today. TA was provided to ensure that a weekly menu is available to review prior to the start of the current week
