At the time of the inspection, there was a ladder placed against the fence in the children's playground. The wooden sand pit had a nail sticking out and a wooden piece of wood with nails broken off the sand pit. The nails from the sand pit were removed from the playground. The provider removed the ladder from the children's playground therefore it was completed at the time of the inspection
