At the time of inspection, ratio was as follows. • Infant 4-year-old 6:1 Child Care Personnel During the inspection, three (3) more children were received and only one Child Care Personnel was present. At approximately 9:01am, there were a total of 9 children (infant to 4-year-old) to one Child Care Personnel. At approximately 9:04am another Child Care Personnel arrived at the home putting the home into ratio
