    At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist observed a metal slate attached to the diapering station that was missing paint and also heavily rusted. Residue rubbed onto the specialist when touched. The specialist advised that the rust would need to be treated and repainted or the potential hazard removed from access to children in care. The operator decided to remove the metal slate at time of inspection. TA was provided to ensure that the low potential hazard is eliminated and not accessible to children in care

The items to include, electronics, infant feeding chairs and a label maker. The operator immediately removed the items from the diapering station at time of inspection. TA was provided to ensure that items related to diapering are stored near the diapering station

The documented training was last completed on May of 2023 for all personnel. The operator and substitutes completed exposure plan training at time of inspection and documented and placed on file. TA was provided to ensure that the exposure plan training is completed annually and documented on file for Licensing to review
