23-02 · Fire Drills

The fire inspection was conducted on 3/20/23 and expired 3/20/24. The new fire inspection was then not conducted until 3/22/24. This makes this standard completed at the time of the inspection. Fire drills were conducted on a monthly basis and a fire drill was conducted with counselor at the time of the inspection

17-07 · Outdoor Play Area/Fencing

At the time of inspection, the counselor observed the exit gate on the playground to the left side has a gap at the bottom of the fence that measured 5 inches on the right side and a little over 3 and a half inches on the left side. Counselor advised the provider that gaps no larger than 3 and a half inches should be observed to remain in compliance. Also, counselor reminded provider that gaps cannot be filled with soil or mulch or any type of buildup. Provider had maintenance lower the gate at time of inspection to eliminate the gap. TA was provided to ensure that fencing is at base level at all times and no gaps are observed larger than 3 and a half inches

33-04 · Training Requirements

• Child Care personnel, returning to the industry and who were in compliance with training requirements when they left the industry, did not complete new mandated training within 90 days of employment. CCF Handbook, Section 4.3, A The staff listed on the supplemental started her training in 2018 when she worked for a child care facility. She left the industry and has not completed training upon returning. FSC advised provider to complete on child care personnel by due date
