According to the video footage observed, the co-owner of the facility was observed physically and aggressively handling a female while she held a child that was in care. The footage shows that there was a discussion in the lobby area. The female and the male co-owner appeared to be upset. At one point in the footage, the female was observed pushing items off a table in the area. Several staff members came to the lobby area. The child was brought to the female. The female was observed hugging a female staff member at that time, the female was then observed slapping the male co-owner. The male then aggressively grabbed the female pushing her into the table to the right of the room, then pushing her to the wall on the other side of the room. Technical Assistance/Corrective Action: If at some point a parent/authorized person becomes unruly at the facility and one cannot deescalate the situation, step aside and allow another staff member to calm the situation if they are able to visually make progress with their de-escalation tactics
