There are currently 5 employees. Counselor reviewed all 5 employee records. One employee, CT, only completed 7 hours of the 10 hours of annual in-service training. CT will need to complete 3 more hours of training. The Child Care Facility Handbook states on page 42 that: 4.2.7 Annual In-Service Training Upon successful completion of the 40-hour introductory training requirements, child care personnel must complete a minimum of 10 clock- hours or one CEU of in-service training annually during the states fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30
