At the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed a parent dropping off two children (1-year-old and 5-year-old) putting the ratio at 7 (1-year-old to school age) to 1 Child Care Personnel. Operator was given technical support previously on 7/24/23 about appropriate ratio and accounting for his own child into ratio.
