During the time of the inspection licensing witnessed staff using a block to prop a door open. Blocked was removed bringing cite into compliance at the time of the inspection. CCF Handbook, Section 3.3.2 Windows and Screens When the windows or doors are open for more than entering/exiting purposes, all buildings must have and maintain screens to prevent entrance of any insects or rodents.
