Children must never be left without child care personnel supervision inside or outside the facility, in a vehicle, or at a field trip location

A child was not adequately supervised in that he was able to run out of the door of the facility alone. ELC staff TW stated, she witnessed the child run out of the door of the facility onto a sidewalk, along a busy street, and head to the playground by himself. This could have resulted in serious harm to the child. This was resolved when a staff member went to retrieve the child
