Licensing Specialist observed dust buildup on the celling air vents inside the bathrooms of the 3 and four-year-old's classroom. A hallway between VPK class and 3-year-old class, stored sleeping mats. Mats should be removed and store in a closed impermeable container, or away from the bathroom to prevent contamination. Both violations should be corrected by due date. Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens.
