Per Provider they did have a fire marshal to complete an annual inspection, however, there was something they need to correct before the fire marshal will pass inspection. (enclosing a space underneath an area at the center). Per Provider is working on it and will have fire marshal back out for their inspection. 3.8.2 Fire Safety A. At the time of inspection, the Family Service Counselor observed students and staff/drivers entering the building. After entering the building no second vehicle sweep was conducted nor documented. 2.5.2 Transportation Log F. Upon arrival at the destination by vehicle, the driver of the vehicle must: 1. Mark each child off the log as the child departs the vehicle; 2. Conduct a physical inspection and visual sweep of the vehicle interior to ensure that no child is left in the vehicle; and 3. Record, sign, and date the transportation log immediately, verifying that all children were accounted for, and that the visual sweep was conducted. 4. Ensure that a second child care personnel conducts a second visual sweep, signs and dates the transportation log verifying that all children were accounted for, and that the log is complete. 5.
