Refer to the supplemental for the staff members who are employed with the program do not have cleared background screening on file for review. Screening is reading DCF General only. Program needs to obtain cleared screening that states DCF childcare eligible. Copy of completed screening will need to be provided to the specialist for corrective action. The reinspection was conducted off-site. There were no children or staff present. Counselor conducted a school readiness inspection on 5/8/24. During the inspection, the facility did not have documentation of childcare personnel's completion of required training on one of the accepted training transcripts. Employee had no paperwork or records available for the counselor to review. This was left unresolved by the provider. Facility is currently closed for the summer months. Counselor will follow up with the facility by August, at the beginning of the school session
