Counselor observed that 3 year old age group did not receive assistance while in the restroom. A child was in the restroom and unable to pull in clothing up properly. The item was corrected at the time of inspection as the teacher stepped into the restroom to assist. 3.7 Restrooms and Bath Facilities, Children must receive supervision and assistance as required by their age and developmental needs. They must be accounted for at all times while bathing and toileting
