Completion of the below listed Early Learning Florida University of Florida (ELFL) health and safety modules, as evidenced by successful completion of competency based examinations offered by ELFL with a weighted score of 70 or better. The below listed ELFL health and safety modules will be offered online and at no cost to providers and will be available no later than January 31, 2017. 37-01 · Personnel Records (Form OEL-SR-6204
Counselor arrived on 12/07/2023 at 3:15P.M. During the inspection counselor was unable to review Personnel Records as they were kept filed in a separate location off campus. The program manager had asked a staff member to retrieve the Personnel Records and bring them to the location being inspected. That staff member failed to bring all records and documents that the counselor needed to review. Counselor told the program manager to retrieve all records so the counselor could review the following day. Counselor arrived at 9:00A.M. on 12/8/2023 and left at 1:00P.M. Forms and documentation were still missing in the Personnel Records. Counselor gave the program until 12/15/2023 to bring back to compliance and have the required Personnel Records available and ready for viewing. Counselor viewed a total of 9 personnel records. 1.1 Inspections To ensure consistent statewide application of established child care and School Readiness health and safety standards, DCF and the LLAs (as applicable) are designated as the inspection authorities for the School Readiness Program. In accordance with s. 402.311(2), F.S., all School Readiness providers must provide DCF or the LLA (as applicable) access to all areas of the programs facilities, personnel, and records necessary to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Counselor arrived on 12/07/23 at 3:15P.M. for a School Readiness inspection. Counselor was unable to complete the inspection as the required documentation needed was kept in another location. Personnel Records were not readily available and were sent for when conducting the inspection. The program manager had sent a staff member to drive and pick up the records. When she returned, the records were incomplete. She had only brought back a portion of the Personnel Records. Counselor returned the day after to complete the inspection.
