LS gave technical assistance from the Child Care Facility Handbook: 7.4 Personnel Records Records must be maintained and kept current on all child care personnel, as defined by Section 402.302(3), F.S. Licensing Specialist observed several bolts sticking out from the playground equipment that serve as holding the playground equipment structure together during inspection. LS observed several pieces of the same playground structure that were not connected to the playground structure at all. LS observed two ant hills present during inspection. LS gave technical assistance from the Child Care Facility Handbook: 3.5 Outdoor Play Area A. The outdoor play area must be clean and free from litter, nails, glass and other hazards Corrective Action: Provider is to submit photographic evidence to Licensing Specialist via e-mail of the playground structure being securely connected with all parts, including the bolts and pieces of the playground structure. Provider is to submit to LS via e-mail documentation that the ants are no longer present on the playground
