According to the volunteer and time card the volunteer worked over 40 hours within 2 weeks. The volunteer needed to be screened. 47-01 · Technical assistance given regarding reporting of suspected abuse. Even though the director reported the incident to the licensing counselor the abuse hot line should have been reported as well.
