Specialist performed an on site inspection on 2/26/25. Specialist observed the following ratio; Classroom A with 8 four-year olds to 1 personnel Classroom B with 10 three-year olds to 1 personnel Classroom C with 5 one-year olds and an infant to 1 personnel. Classroom C was out of ratio, requiring two personnel to be present. Per the CCF Handbook, when considering Mixed Age Groups; 2.3.1 Mixed Age Groups A. In groups of mixed age ranges, where children under one year of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than four children of any age group, at all times. Specialist notes that the infant left the facility, and worked with the provider to rearrange the children to bring them back into compliance
