Employee listed on the supplemental did not sign a Child Abuse and Neglect Form when she started working. She signed one on day of inspection. Director stated to make sure this does not happen again she is going to make a checklist to put on all employee files to make sure everything needed is in file. Technical Assistance given from handbook: 7.4 Personnel Records Records must be maintained and kept current on all child care personnel, as defined by Section 402.302(3), F.S. These records shall be on-site, available for review by the licensing authority and must include: A. A complete employment application with the required statement pursuant to Section 402.3055(1)(b), F.S. B. Documentation of position and date of employment. C.
