    Upon arrival counselor observed 6 children to 1 staff in a mix group of (1 infant, 4 ones, and 1 two-year-old) children. Director was not present at arrival. Ratios was corrected when director returned to the center. The CCF Handbook states the following: 2.3 Ratios The staff-to-child ratio, as established in Section 402.305(4), F.S., is based on primary responsibility for the direct supervision of children and applies at all times while children are in care. 2.3.1 Mixed Age Groups A. In groups of mixed age ranges, where children under one year of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than four children of any age group, at all times. B. In groups of mixed age ranges, where children one year of age but under two years of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than six children of any age group, at all times

    All sippy cups and bottles were not labeled in the infant and toddler room. Teacher was instructed to label with marker or tape. Labeling was completed during inspection. CCF Handbook states the following:: 3.9.5 Food Handling A. Bottles and sippy cups provided by the facility must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized between each use and do not have to be labeled. Bottles and sippy cups brought from home shall be individually labeled with the childs first and last name and shall be returned to the custodial parent or legal guardian daily

    Staff did not have classroom attendance records for review at inspection. Center used the parent sign in log. Logs was create during inspection. TA was provided regarding requirements of maintaining attendance records for children present. 7.5 Daily Attendance Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child care personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program. Child Care Facility Handbook Page | 63 A. Attendance devices used for the purposes of tracking attendance may be used, but personnel must ensure the accuracy of the documented attendance. Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. Attendance sheet/class roster must accompany the child care personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom. B. The custodial parent or guardian may document the time when his/her child enters and departs the child care facility or program. However, child care facility personnel are responsible for ensuring that attendance records are complete and accurate. C. REMOVED. D. Attendance records must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months. E. Attendance records for Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten or School Readiness may be used, if applicable
