Counselor observed the staff in the Threes/ Fours/ Fives classroom leave the room multiple times to unlock the facility door for afternoon parent pickup. Corrective action was achieved when the number of children was low enough that classes could combine, leaving an available staff member to handle the door and parent pickup.
