Counselor observed the provider did not follow the discipline policy. Counselor was informed that the childcare personnel listed on the confidential page pulled a student's hair as an example to the child to show them how it felt for their hair to be pulled. It was also reported that the teacher asked the child "how it felt to them." Counselor provided technical assistance to the provider ensuring that they are following the discipline policy and are not using physical discipline on the children under any circumstances
