During the time of inspection (3/4/2025) a fire drill was conducted with the counselor present. 1:4. The counselor was reviewing the fire drill log and noticed there were missing dates and times on the fire drill log. The provider then corrected the fire drill log. Technical assistance was given. The counselor explained the importance of having the fire drill log complete to the provider. The written record of fire drills was missing the following: [ date & time of the drill ] . FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.21, D A current attendance record and parent/guardian contact information must accompany child care personnel out of the home during a drill or actual evacuation, and be used to account for all children. The operator must maintain a written record of the fire drills showing the date, number of children and child care personnel in attendance, evacuation route used, and time taken for all individuals to evacuate the premises
