On February 26, 2025, an incident occurred according to video surveillance in which a child was left alone in the classroom for approximately 9 minutes. When leaving the classroom, the teacher only had 5 of the 6 children with her. The other child was in the bathroom at the time of departure from the classroom and therefore, left in the room alone
