At the time of inspection, the provider's fire inspection from the local fire authority had a Notice of Violation. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A 3.8.2 Fire Safety A. Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A- 36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must be documented and maintained on file at the program. At the time of inspection, the provider reported that they had to switch the director due to a credentialing issue with the director on file as of November 03, 2023. The FSC was able to get the new director's information on site before leaving

FSC observed baby bottles not labeled. Fixed at time of inspection by having staff write name on bottles. T.A. Bottles and sippy cups brought from home shall be individually labeled with the childs first and last name and shall be returned to the custodial parent or legal guardian daily
