Provider does not have the proper fencing around the construction site of the playground area. The following duties of a properly secured fence must be put up. Per provider spoke with Maria and facility maintenance via phone and was told the playground area has been under construction since February 2023 and will approx. but not guaranteed to be completed by December 2023. There has been delays due to permits and ordering equipment.
