FSC observed the facility did not have 35 square feet of usable floor space per child for the number of children observed in care. The facility had a capacity of 182 with each room having their own capacity 3 year old room capacity 20, 4-5 year old room has a capacity of 20 based on 35 square feet and 21 children were observe din the 3 year old room going over their capacity by 1 and 33 children were observed in the 4-5 year old room going over room capacity by 13 children were observed in care. Fixed at the time of inspection by moving 1 of the 3 year olds to another room which previously had 19 children bringing them to their rooms capacity and moving the 14 children back to their classrooms that was being used for easter photos. T.A. Each room routinely used as a classroom must provide the minimum 35 square footage of usable indoor floor space per child

The child care facility is responsible for obtaining for each child in care a current, complete and properly executed Florida Certification of Immunization form Part A-1, B, or C, DH 680, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(o), F.A.C., or the Religious Exemption from Immunization form, DH 681, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(p), F.A.C., from the custodial parent or legal guardian. DH Form 680 and DH Form 681 may be obtained from the local county health department. Specific immunization requirements are included and detailed in the most current edition of the Immunization Guidelines-Florida Schools, Child Care Facilities and Family Day Care Homes as promulgated by the Florida Department of Health. It is recommended that child care personnel are current with all immunizations routinely recommended for adults by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as referenced in Caring for Our Children Basics Health and Safety Foundations for Early Care and Education, which is incorporated by in 65C-22.001(7)(v), F.A.C
