Unless statutorily exempted, all school-age child care programs must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Fire Safety Standards for Nonresidential Child Care Facilities, and must be inspected annually. At the time of inspection, the director's credential had been expired as of 1/17/2024. Technical Assistance: SACCF Handbook, Section 4.7 Section 402.305(2)(f), F.S., requires a child care facility to have a credentialed director.
