Program has a fire inspection report that was not approved by the Fire Marshal. This inspection was conducted on 2/19/25, and per provider's statements most of the repairs belong to the second building on campus. Once provider receives a copy of a passing/cleared fire inspection report, they need to submit it to licensing via email
