During today's inspection the following areas were found to be in need of repair, replacement, and/or removal: INDOOR: 1. 3 year old classroom: - Bottom of wall was observed to need repair (white board wall.) - Exposed metal edge of white board was observed in need of repair. - Floorboards observed in need of repair. - Multiple ceiling tiles were observed to have water damage and in need if replacement. 2. 4 year old classroom: - Toys, tables, and chairs were observed to be in poor condition and in need of cleaning, repair, or replacing. - Floorboards were observed to be in need of repair. - Circle time area was observed to have a metal screw protruding from wall and in need of repair. 3. 1 year old classroom: - Area rugs were observed in poor condition and in need of cleaning or replacing. - Circle time area was observed to have a metal screw protruding from wall and in need of repair. OUTDOOR: - Picnic Table was observed to have exposed rusted screws and broken wood in need of repair or replacement. - Metal pole located in the middle of the playground was observed to have a broken metal box and exposed wires.
