At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed [1] personnel with incomplete training requirements based upon review of the DCF training transcript. As a result of an amendment to Senate Bill 738, all courses to meet the 40-hour introductory training requirement, transportation safety, and safe sleep are free to complete on the DCF training portal. Online exams are not available at this time and shall still be completed in-person until further notice. *Note, this does not replace 'Cribs for Kids' safe sleep training as required by Broward County
