At the time of inspection the monitor observed two infant bottles locked in the snack cabinet. Per the teachers, the bottles were received earlier during the childs arrival time and provided to the children after lunch. Child care personnel stated bottle A was milk and a vitamin supplement; bottle B was regular milk. Licensing brought this concern to the teachers and program director reminding them of food safety requirements. The milk found in the infant bottles were discarded bringing this standard into compliance. Technical Assistance was provided for Food Protection and Service Group

At the time of inspection, the facility did not obtain written authorization prior to administering a vitamin supplements found in an infant bottle. Licensing brought this concern to the attention of the teachers and program director reminding them of medication requirements. Per program director, required written documentation will be received moving forward. The contents observed in the infant bottle was discarded bringing this standard back into compliance

At the time of inspection, the licensing monitor observed children sleeping within 4's classroom without staff personnel supervision. The licensing monitor brought this violation to the attention of the child care personnel on site and requested that [1] additional child care personnel from adjacent classroom move to bring classroom supervision requirement into compliance. Child care personnel immediately changed class group to meet supervision requirement

At the time of inspection, the licensing monitor observed the 2-3's class group out of ratio during naptime. Ratio observed [1] child care personnel supervising [24] children, if the napping children are all at least two years of age but none are three years of age or older, there must be one child care staff member for every 22 children. Additionally, the 1's class group was observed out of ratio during naptime. Ratio observed [1] child care personnel supervising [12] children, if any of the napping children are under 2 years but over 12 months of age, there must be one child care staff member for every six children. The following ratios observed: 1's 1:12 {ratio corrected once teacher returned from break} new ratio 2:12 2-3's 1:24 {ratio corrected once teacher returned from break} new ratio 2:24 2's 1:9 & 1:13 3-4's 1:15 4's 0:13 {ratio corrected when additional child care personnel arrived} new ratio 1:13 Technical Assistance was provided for Direct Supervision requirement
