    At the time of inspection the monitor observed two infant bottles locked in the snack cabinet. Per the teachers, the bottles were received earlier during the childs arrival time and provided to the children after lunch. Child care personnel stated bottle A was milk and a vitamin supplement; bottle B was regular milk. Licensing brought this concern to the teachers and program director reminding them of food safety requirements. The milk found in the infant bottles were discarded bringing this standard into compliance. Technical Assistance was provided for Food Protection and Service Group

    At the time of inspection, the facility did not obtain written authorization prior to administering a vitamin supplements found in an infant bottle. Licensing brought this concern to the attention of the teachers and program director reminding them of medication requirements. Per program director, required written documentation will be received moving forward. The contents observed in the infant bottle was discarded bringing this standard back into compliance
