At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed the meal warmer holding food but was not powered on. Licensing monitor observed the meal acceptance log had not been completed for the delivery of the day. Per provider, food was delivered around 8:30am. Temperatures were taken as follows: Corn, 120* Picadillo, 130* Food is not maintained at the appropriate temperature and may not be served to children. Provider resolved by ordering pizza to serve and discarding corn and picadillo
