At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed [2] children in the one-year old room who were in highchairs beyond feeding time. Personnel stated that one child is "busy" and so child was left in highchair while personnel fed another child. Personnel stated that one child does not walk and so child was left in highchair while personnel fed another child. Both children were removed at the time of inspection. Licensing monitor observed two highchairs in the cafeteria area, one highchair in the three-year-old room, and one highchair outside of the kitchen door

At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed an incomplete No.5 medication authorization form for prescription eyedrops and Tylenol belonging to a 1yr old child. Personnel stated that Tylenol is on "as needed" basis but did not remain at facility. Personnel stated they did administer eyedrops as indicated. Personnel administering medication did not have documentation of medication administration training. At previous inspection, provider stated medication was not administered by facility. Provider has stated for compliance that no medication shall be allowed into facility
