Verbal technical assistance was previously provided that personnel may submit higher education transcripts to DCF training department for review and possible exemption of some coursework. At the time of 10/17/2024 routine, there were no changes to personnel training or exemption status. At the 12/04/24 revisit, provider had not issued an update, and no further coursework was completed by personnel as evidenced by review of DCF training transcript and the non-compliance was reissued. At the time of this inspection, provider has stated documents were sent and rejected by DCF training department and personnel completed a resubmission.
