At the time of inspection, licensing monitor observed cleaning agents being used while children are present • -Mopping took place while children were on site. This practice presents the risk of slip and fall and, it was identified by the personnel as "Fabuloso." In addition, unlabeled spray bottles were observed in the 1yr old and 2yr old classrooms. Labels were added at time of inspection. Provider is advised to prepare all bottles each morning and ensure proper dilution of bleach (1/4 cup of bleach to 1 gallon of water.) Solution should be prepared fresh daily, as it loses efficacy after 24-hours
