At the time of inspection, the infant teacher was observed in the kitchen area while the infant was left alone in the classroom sleeping in the crib. At the time of inspection, licensing monitor heard a child crying and when asked where the crying child was, teacher realized a 2yr old child was left alone on the playground. Time elapsed that child was left unsupervised was between 5-10 minutes. The section number cited in the inspection report is incorrect. The facility is being issued a Notice of Violation for violating Section 7-33 (e), Ordinance
