During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed in the following hazards in the following rooms: Classroom 1: clothes pin light rope hanging down by the back side of the folding wall and a computer cord sitting on the shelf Classroom 2: Cords hanging down that belong to the T.V and computer and a diffuser. Bathroom by the Gym: toilet spritz, conditioner, shampoo, body soap. GYM: cords(exercising bar), diffuser, medicine, hand sanitizer, clutter. Steam Room: hand sanitizer, cords for the T.V and computers, diffuser, wood pieces with sharp edges, adult scissors. Classroom 3: cords for the T.V, stapler, tape dispenser, 3 hole punch The director brought this standard back in compliance by removing the hazards and putting them out of the reach of the children at the time of inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, SACCF Handbook Section 3.1 General Health and Safety Requirements A. All school-age program facilities must be clean, in good repair, and free from health and safety hazards and vermin. During the hours that the program is in operation, no portion of the building can be used for any activity that presents a risk to the health and safety of the children. Indoor and outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation must be maintained for 12 months

Each kit must be kept in a closed container and labeled First Aid and must, at a minimum, include: • 1.
