• The 3- and 4-years teachers failed to possess a current parent contact information during a fire drill with licensing staff. • The 2 staff ran back inside the building to collect the parent contact information. While conducting walkthrough of facility, it was observed in the (3-year-old, 2-year-old and VPK classrooms) linens placed between cots, touching the bottom of the cots above it. To add, the linens placed between cots were not labeled with both first and last names of children. Provider was notified immediately of observation and given technical assistance per CCF handbook " G. Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens. All bedding and linens must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at least once a week, and before use by another child. H. Bedding and linens shall not be stored in the bathroom, unless stored in cabinets. "
