The teacher failed to record the attendance for the 3- and 4-years old children on 12/3/24. Provider has resolved the non-compliance at the time of the inspection by recording each child's attendance in presence of the licensing staff. TA: Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the childcare personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program.
