FSC observed a few areas in need of minor repair, such as ceiling tiles missing/broken by the boys bathroom, hallway by the reception desk and on a few other areas FSC also observed ceiling tiles with water stains on them . FSC advised for the roof to be inspected and for the ceiling tiles to be replaced. TA: All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation of the indoor play area inspection must be maintained for 12 months
