On 12/07/2023 FSC arrived at the home, I rung the video door alarm, knocked on the door and no one answered. At this visit the owner was contacted and she advised she took her husband to the hospital the night before. It was clearly evident that no one had been at the home for some time, there were packages and notes on the door from the UPS driver. Then on 12/20/2023 FSC attempted a second visit to the home @7:40am to 8:05am and there was no asked to the door once again, after sitting in the driveway for 20 minutes I departed the home. I was shortly contacted by owner stating she was sick
