During multiple routine visits, I observed that the indoor playground space, licensed for children's play and physical development, was being used inappropriately. Instead of active play or gross-motor activities, the smaller playground room was used for therapy sessions and watching movies. The bigger playground room was used for napping space, piano and dance lessons. The piano was haphazardly in a corner, obstructing access to the play toys
