07-01 · Ratios of Personnel to Children Group: Sec. 7-33, Ordinance, DCF Handbook, and Sec

At the time of arrival, two classrooms were observed out of ratio: A staff-to-child ratio of [ 1] staff for [ 6] infants/toddler & a staff-to-child ratio of [ 1] staff for [ 12] two years old. The infant/toddler and two years old classroom ratios were corrected immediately when two staff members arrived to the facility. The corrected ratios were as follows: infants/toddler: 1:4, twos: 1:15 (naptime), threes/fours: 1:14, school age: 1:15. See supplemental sheet for additional information
