34-01 · Access to the Premises/Misrepresentation FDCH/LFCCH Handbook

A. Child care personnel must allow access to the entire premises of the home to inspect for compliance with family day care home and large family child care home minimum standards pursuant to s. 402.311, Florida Statute. Child care personnel must not interfere with or prevent the licensing authority from copying records, photographing or recording a location/activity on the premises as documentation for the inspection. On 12/22/2025 Licensing Specialist attempted to get access to the home to complete inspection and was unable to get in contact with operator at time of visit. Provider has since reached out, and inspection was conducted on 12/29/2025. Technical Assistance Licensing Specialist communicated with operator to make sure she informs LS of when she is closed
